Dear Dairy: The True Cost of Milk Symposium hosted by the New Zealand Centre for Human-Animal Studies (NZCHAS). I was invited to give a keynote presentation – and gave a talk about how the lives and deaths of dairy cattle have influenced my art practice. It was stunning to be presenting among such wonderful co-presenters – and I think we covered the environmental, ethical and welfare issues caused by the dairy industry as well starting the important dialogue about – where to from here…
